My 24 Hour cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

All no shows and cancellations after the 24 hour window will be charged 100% of service.

Any appointment that is later than 10 minutes is considered a no-show.

I do not answer my phone during my working hours, so please text with a question.

Please come to your lash appointment with NO MAKEUP on the eyes.

I do not fill another lash artists work. You need to book for a full set.

I have the right to refuse service to anyone.
